Textured Sealant
NT is a single-component solution known for its moisture-curing ability and UV stability. This formulation combines a hybrid silane-terminated polyether (HSTP) with ultra-fine aggregate. With its hybrid technology, NT offers superior adhesive and cohesive bonding properties, resulting in enhanced durability and a longer lifespan compared to traditional polyurethane or silicone options. Additionally, NT is isocyanate-free and solvent- free, ensuring minimal shrinkage during curing, no UV discoloration, and low odor emission, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its rapid curing feature allows it to form a protective skin within 60 minutes, enabling paint application in just 90 minutes.

Uses:
Exterior balconies, concrete floor slabs, driveways, garages, patios, walkways, and other similar surfaces.This material demonstrates superior adhesion to a wide array of materials, including PVDF coated metal, galvanized metal, aluminum, wood, glass, cement board, brick, concrete, stone, aged asphalt, EPDM and SBS-modified bitumen membranes, EPS foam, roofing materials, fiberglass, FRP, vinyl siding, and masonry.
